Ingredients:
Rosemary
Coarse salt
Preparation:
In a small bowl, mix the rosemary with the olive oil.
In a bowl with the boiled potatoes, add the milk, sugar, yeast and oil with the rosemary. Blend everything until you get a smooth cream.
Add the salt and flour gradually, kneading until you obtain a soft dough. Oil your hands and press the dough gently.
Cover with cling film and let rise for 2 hours or until doubled.
Grease the surface with oil, then transfer the dough to the baking tray. Divide into 8 sandwiches and let them rest for 15 minutes.
With oiled hands, press each bun and roll it out. Add rosemary, oil and coarse salt.
Cook in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes and... enjoy your meal!
